Summary

Page Tutor AI Coach turns webpages into study cards and quizzes using AI. Learning history stays on your device. When you start learning, page text is sent to Upstage for processing.

What stays on your device

• Learning history (topic, scores, session records) in chrome.storage.local
• UI language preference

What is sent to Upstage API

When you explicitly start learning or take a quiz:

• Extracted page text for analysis, quiz generation, and grading
• Processed via Upstage Solar Pro 3 — governed by Upstage’s terms and privacy policy

What is not collected by the developer

• We do not operate servers that store your browsing history
• Page content is not read until you tap “Start learning”
• No account is required for basic use

Permissions

Host access to read page text when you start learning, storage for history, and side panel UI may be required. See the Chrome Web Store listing for details.

Data retention and deletion

Local learning history remains until you:

• Clear history in the extension, or
• Remove Page Tutor AI Coach, or
• Clear extension data in Chrome (chrome://extensions → Details → Clear data)

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
