Privacy Policy

Summary

WorkQueue analyzes Google Calendar events visible in your browser on your device only. We do not operate servers that receive your calendar data, and no Google account linking or API keys are required.

What WorkQueue does locally

• Read event metadata visible on calendar.google.com (title, time, priority, duration estimates)
• Compute focus ranking, weekday load balance, action plan, and demand forecast on your device
• Store metadata in IndexedDB (workqueue-db) on your device
• Display results in an inline panel on Calendar or a side panel from the extension icon

What may be stored on your device

WorkQueue may keep the following in IndexedDB and extension storage:

• Scanned event metadata (title, start/end, priority, estimated duration)
• User-added tasks and manual adjustments
• JSON import/export snapshots you choose to save

What is not collected

• No network requests — data is not sent to developer servers
• No Google Calendar API access or OAuth
• No full page HTML upload, passwords, or payment data
• No analytics or advertising data sales

Permissions

WorkQueue runs on calendar.google.com to read visible calendar DOM and show the inline panel. Exact permissions are listed in the Chrome Web Store listing.

Data retention and deletion

Stored data remains until you:

• Remove the WorkQueue extension
• Clear extension or site data in Chrome settings
• Use in-panel delete or JSON export then clear local storage

Children

WorkQueue is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
