Does DualView collect my browsing data?
No. DualView only resizes and positions Chrome windows locally. No URLs or page content are uploaded.
Why does Alt+Shift+1 not work on Mac?
Use Option(⌥)+Shift+1. In the manifest, Alt maps to the Option key on macOS.
Can I change the shortcuts?
Yes. Open the DualView extension popup to view and customize shortcuts.
Split screen opened two windows — is that expected?
Yes. Split screen snaps the current window to the left half and opens a new window with the same URL on the right half.
Multi-monitor: which screen is used?
DualView uses the monitor where the active window is located, based on that display’s workArea.
