Does this change my entire Chrome theme?
No. Light of the Word customizes the new tab page only. Your browser theme and other pages stay unchanged.
Which Bible translation is used?
Korean UI shows the Korean Revised Version (개역한글). English UI shows the King James Version (KJV).
What are Scripture cards?
You can draw today’s Scripture card six times a day at 10:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, and 22:00. Card history is saved locally on your device.
Does the extension need host permissions?
No. Background images are bundled in the extension. We do not request host permissions to read other websites.
What is stored locally?
Only your language preference (Korean or English) and scripture-card records in chrome.storage on your device.
Does it work with other new-tab extensions?
Only one extension can override the new tab at a time. Disable conflicting new-tab extensions if the page does not appear.
