Summary

YouTube Wheel Master lets you seek YouTube videos with the mouse wheel on youtube.com/watch. We do not operate servers that receive your personal data.

What the extension does locally

• Attach wheel event listeners to the YouTube video player on watch pages
• Adjust video currentTime and sync the progress bar via YouTube / HTML5 APIs
• Show a temporary on-screen time indicator (OSD) during seek

What is not collected

• We do not upload watch history, account info, or page content to developer servers
• We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising
• We do not use analytics or tracking in the MVP
• We do not require an account

Permissions

YouTube Wheel Master requests host access to youtube.com so the content script can run on watch pages. See the Chrome Web Store listing for exact permissions.

Data retention and deletion

The extension does not persist personal browsing data. Remove the extension to stop all local behavior.

• Uninstall YouTube Wheel Master from Chrome, or
• Clear extension data in chrome://extensions → YouTube Wheel Master → Details → Clear data

Children

YouTube Wheel Master is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
