WorkQueue

Analyze Google Calendar on your device โ€” know what to do now, and why

WorkQueue โ€” Calendar Task Intelligence reads events visible in Google Calendar, analyzes them entirely on your device, and tells you what to do now โ€” with clear reasons.

On calendar.google.com, scan the current view locally and see today's action plan, focus ranking, weekday load balance, and a 2-week demand forecast. No Google API or account linking.

How it works

๐Ÿง  Smart analysis

Three engines compute priority, weekday load, and your action plan.

โœ… Today's action plan

Organized into Start now / Focus block / Quick win / Defer.

UI

UI

Open an inline panel from the Calendar button or a side panel from the extension icon. Both show the same results: load gauge, action plan, focus ranking, weekday spread, and focus demand forecast. The side panel also supports adding tasks, JSON import/export, and rescan.

Engines

How we calculate

โšก Focus ranking โ€” what matters now?

Combines deadline proximity, event priority, and estimated duration into a score. Closer deadlines rank higher so the most urgent work rises to the top. Each card shows how the score was built.

โš–๏ธ Weekday balance โ€” overloaded days?

Counts events per weekday and flags days above average. Suggests moving work to lighter days when one day is overloaded.

๐Ÿ“‹ Today's action plan โ€” what to do today?

Evaluates each event from five lenses: deadline, focus, load, burnout, and quick wins. Combines their votes into Start now / Focus block / Quick win / Defer โ€” and shows which lens suggested each bucket.
