Web Drawable

Draw on the page you already have open

Web Drawable adds a pen, highlighter, and eraser on a toolbar over the webpage. Your marks stay with that page as the main document scrolls. When you are done, save a PDF of the current screen or the full page.

Free — no account and no paid plan. Optional Buy Me a Coffee link in the popup; opening it does not send the webpage or ink, and drawing works without it.

Features

How it works

✏️ Draw and mark

  • Choose Start drawing or press Alt+W
  • Pen, Highlighter, and Eraser on the overlay toolbar
  • Hold Space and drag to pan the page without leaving the pen
  • Undo and redo strokes

📌 Marks follow the page

Ink stays tied to the page as you scroll. Closing the toolbar hides the ink; opening it again brings the same marks back — closing does not delete them.

📄 Save as PDF

  • This screen — viewport capture
  • Full page — stitched from visible-window screenshots (up to 40 screens)
  • If the page is longer, the PDF includes the first 40 and the toolbar says so
  • Files: web-drawable-viewport-….pdf or web-drawable-full-….pdf to Downloads
  • If save fails, a local download link fallback; PDF is not sent to a server

🔒 Local ink storage

Ink is saved on this device in IndexedDB opened only by the extension service worker. The key is the page URL with hash and utm_* parameters removed. Nothing you draw is uploaded.
